How Many Sessions Does It Take?

Some issues are straightforward, where as others may be more complicated. On average, most of our clients find changes within just 1-3 sessions.

My goal is to address the root cause and provide you with long lasting solutions in the smallest time frame necessary.

What Does Hypnosis Feel Like?

Hypnosis feels like 'that moment before you wake up'. Where you are physically, mentally and emotionally relaxed but you can hear things going on around you.

Some people have likened it to being in a deep meditation or just being completely relaxed with the chatter of conscious mind switched off.

Unlike what you see on stage with a hypnotist, you are always in control. If you really wanted to get up you could. Most people feel relaxed.

When Will I Start To See Changes?

There are three ways we see clients transform with this therapy

1) Immediately - you feel a massive shift straight away. Your thoughts, feelings and behaviours change during the session

2) Incremental - you feel and see shifts everyday. You thoughts, feelings and behaviour changes over a few weeks

3) Retroactive - you don't see or feel the shifts happening at the time. But when you look back you can see that your thoughts, feelings and behaviour has changed
